Facing a waist-high table, place both hands lightly on the edge of the table. Both feet are facing front. Bend the right knee and place your left foot on the floor directly behind you. Your left leg is now straight and you're tilted slightly forward at the waist. Your weight is being supported by your right leg. Bend forward at the waist. You'll feel a stretch in your Achilles tendon, left calf muscles, and behind your left knee. Relax and return to the starting position. Repeat on the other side.
