These exercises should only be performed after evaluation by a qualified medical professional and under their instruction. Should you experience pain or discomfort while doing an exercise, stop immediately.
Securely attach a therapy band to the upper part of a leg of a chair or table. Securely attach the other elastic end of the therapy band to the middle of your right thigh. Stand perpendicularly to the waist-high chair or table and rest your right hand on it for support.
Next, lift your right knee to 90 degrees. Keeping your right thigh parallel to the floor, rotate your right hip outward and then slowly rotate it inward. As you rotate your right hip inward you'll feel the muscular contraction in the inside of your right thigh and hip. Relax and return to the starting position.
