Securely grasp one end of a therapy band in your left hand. Grasp the other end of the therapy band in your right hand, with your right thumb securing the band in place against your index finger.
Sit comfortably in an upright position. Your elbows are placed next to your waist and bent at 90 degrees. Both palms are down.
Next, keeping your right wrist parallel to the floor, bend your right palm to the right, moving at the wrist. You'll feel the muscular contraction along the outside of your right forearm, near your wrist. Relax and return to the starting position.
