Sit comfortably in an upright position. Your right arm is lifted in front of you. Your arm is parallel to the floor, your elbow is bent to 90 degrees, your palm faces the floor, and your fingers point forward. Support your right wrist with your left hand.
Bend at the right wrist, moving your right palm and fingers - as a unit - away from your chest. You'll feel a stretch on the inside of your wrist. Return to the starting position. Next, bend at the wrist, moving your right palm and fingers - as a unit - toward your chest. You'll feel a stretch on the outside of your wrist. Return to the starting position.
